¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
⅓ cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
½ tsp salt
3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour

For the Oreo Filling:
12-15 Oreo cookies, crushed (regular or double stuff)
¼ cup (60g) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (120ml) powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and melted butter. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, or until it’s smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
Cinnamon sugar filling: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Oreo filling: In another bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Stir until well blended.
Step 3: Assemble the Rolls
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangular shape, about 12×18 inches.
Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Spread the Oreo filling over the cinnamon sugar layer.
Starting at the longer edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces using a sharp knife or unflavored dental floss.
Step 4: Bake the Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
Step 5: Make the Cream Cheese Glaze
While the rolls are baking, make the glaze by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Once the rolls are done, let them cool for about 10 minutes, then drizzle with the cream cheese glaze.
Enjoy!
