FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST

✅Ingredients :
▪️2 eggs (fried, scrambled or poached)
▪️2-3 slices of turkey bacon (preferably British back bacon)
▪️2 sausages (Cumberland or your favorite kind)
▪️1 tomato, half
▪️1/2 cup baked beans (in Britain)
▪️1-2 slices of black pudding (optional)
▪️4-5 mushrooms sliced
▪️2 slices of toast or fry bread
▪️1 tablespoon butter (for frying)
▪️Salt and pepper to taste
✅Instructions :
1. Sausage Bake: In a large skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook Bacon:. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté Mushrooms:. Add a little butter to the skillet and sauté the sliced mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and put away
4. Cook the Tomatoes: Place the cut tomatoes upside down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly brown. Set aside.
5. Fry Black Pudding: If you are using black pudding, fry the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until just soft.
6. Heat baked beans: In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over a mild heat until they are warmed through.
7. Cook the eggs: fry, scramble or poach eggs to your liking in the same pan. Season with salt and black pepper..
Prepare toast or fry bread: Toast the bread or fry slices in butter until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve: Arrange all the ingredients – eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, black pudding, baked beans and toast – on a large plate. Serve hot with tea or coffee.

You can swap out regular bacon for turkey bacon, or use veggie sausages for a lighter version.
For an authentic experience, use British beans and black pudding.
