Delicious Forest Veal Pauiettes

Ingredients:
– 4 veal scallops
– 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
– 1 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 200 ml of white wine
– 100 g of sour cream
– 1 bouquet garni (thym, laurier)
– Salt and pepper.
– Olive oil
– 4 slices of Parmesan ham
– grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Sliced the mushrooms, onion and garlic. Put them back in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
3. On each veal scallop, place a slice of Parmesan ham, then a spoonful of the mushroom preparation. Roll the scallop and string it to keep the stuffing.
4. In the same pan, make the eyelids golden on each side. Add white wine and garnished bouquet, then cover.
5. Transfer the eyelashes in a baking dish and add the sour cream on top. Bake for about 30 minutes.
6. Check cooking: the meat must be well cooked and tender. Serve hot, sprinkled with parmesan if desired.
