Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until the cheeses are well incorporated.
Add the cooked spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir everything together until smooth and well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in small mounds, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers to form round discs.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese crisps are golden brown and slightly bubbly around the edges.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving for an added burst of color and flavor.
