Baked Candied Lamb Mice

**Ingredients**
For 4 people:
– 4 lamb mice π
– 4 garlic cloves –
– 2 onions, chopped π§
– 2 carrots, cut into pieces π₯
– 1 branch of thyme πΏ
– 1 bay leaf π
– 250 ml of chicken or vegetable broth π²
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil ol

Instructions**
1οΈβ£ **Preheat the oven** to 150Β°C (300Β°F). π₯
2οΈβ£ **Heat** the olive oil in a cooking pot or frying pan. Make the lamb mice gold on all their faces. Take them out and book them π³
3οΈβ£ **In the Same Pot**, stir the onions, carrots, and garlic cloves until slightly golden brown. Add thyme and bay. π²
4οΈβ£ **Place lamb mice** in the pot. Pour the hot broth. Season with salt and black pepper.. π
5οΈβ£ **Cover the pot** with its lid or aluminum foil, and bake. Let bake for 3 hours, flipping the mice from time to time to soak up the flavors. β³
6οΈβ£ **After cooking**, ensure that the meat is tender and easily removes from the bone. Let cook for another 30 minutes if necessary. π
7οΈβ£ **Serve well hot**, accompanied by roasted vegetables, homemade puree or a dauphinois gratin. π½οΈ
