CLASSIC STEAK DIANE RECIPE

Ingredients:
4 beef tenderloin steaks
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 shallots, finely chopped
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Season steaks, cook in butter and oil, then set aside.
Sauté shallots in the same pan.
Add brandy, broth, mustard, cream, Worcestershire sauce; simmer until thickened.
Return steaks to the pan, cook to desired doneness.
Garnish with parsley.
